Description
ElevenLabs is seeking a Workplace Experience lead for its New York office, which is its second-largest hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for anchoring the company's presence in New York, ensuring the office runs smoothly, and elevating employee experience.
The role involves:
- Managing day-to-day workplace logistics, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and shipping
- Serving as the main point of contact for the office, welcoming guests, and leading onboarding
- Optimizing space and landlord relations, and managing ongoing space planning
- Coordinating logistics for internal and external events
- Partnering with People Ops to improve the local onboarding experience
The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, experience acting as a primary point of contact for building management, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
