Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Minas Gerais, Brazil. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining, prospecting, and specifying business with 3M's Industrial Tapes and Adhesives solutions for industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze market opportunities for 3M's products
- Develop and implement sales strategies in the region of Minas Gerais
- Conduct regular visits to customers and support key customer development using CRM Salesforce
- Work with customers to specify 3M products through various sales channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in industrial sales
- Ability to develop applications of solutions in industrial processes
- Familiarity with customers in the Minas Gerais region
- Availability for travel throughout Minas Gerais
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced English or Spanish language skills
- Experience with industrial tapes and adhesives
Work Environment:
- The role requires approximately 80% of time spent on external activities, visits, and customer service in Minas Gerais
- Travel may include 80% national and 20% international trips
