Beauty Sales Consultant

We're seeking a talented Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service, share your extensive knowledge of beauty trends and techniques, and help build a personalized shopping experience for each customer.

Customer Sales Experience

• Provide personalized sales service to customers, ensuring they have a fantastic experience in the beauty zone.
• Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and offer specialized sales advice.
• Use verbal skills to generate sales and stimulate a different thought process.
• Be a brand expert, answering customer questions in detail and producing the largest sales basket possible.

Operational

• Educate customers on various products, proper usage, and benefits, leveraging the CVS beauty monthly sampling program.
• Participate in and represent company sales programs or events that positively impact business.
• Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and other beauty-specific promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked zone, adhering to hygiene standards.

Training & Personal Growth and Development

• Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing training/educational programs.
• Execute the established sales plan, meeting sales budget and tracking progress.
• Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls.
• Compete with yourself to beat prior sales goals and max out sales budget.

Physical Requirements

• Physical abilities to support essential functions, such as standing and moving throughout the store.
• Ability to stoop, kneel or crouch, and reach or grasp objects.

Required Qualifications

• Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Goal-driven with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours.
• Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training and certification provided).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (for specific CVS stores).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior beauty sales experience.
• Current knowledge of beauty products and brands.
• Strong passion for beauty.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $26.00
