Sector Manager CHR (Musketeer) - Rennes

We are looking for a Sector Manager CHR (Musketeer) to join our team in Rennes.

As a Musketeer, you will be an ambassador for our brand in the On Premise business, specifically in Cafes, Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, and QSRs.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of clients in your sector, ensuring the application of Red Bull France's quality standards
• Identifying and seizing new opportunities, and updating client and prospect information in our database
• Negotiating and securing strategic locations for our products in points of sale
• Developing sales and activating consumption around our products
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and influencers
• Representing our brand and values in your daily work

Requirements:

• Experience in the CHR sector and/or sales experience
• Knowledge of distribution networks
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Negotiation skills
• Autonomy and rigor
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability to change
• Commercial training at Bac+2 to Bac+4/5 level
• B permit required

Benefits:

• Annual gross salary: 36,500 to 40,000 euros over 13 months, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience, + variable part
• Travel: 0-10%
