You will shape how millions of customers spend with Wise, at home and around the world. You will craft clear, compelling experiences that help customers navigate complex moments with confidence , turning complicated financial, operational, and risk-related concepts into simple, actionable, rewarding experiences.
This role sits within our Spend squad. You will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Operations to ensure customers always know what's happening with their money and what to do next.
You will also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.
Here's how you'll contribute:
- Get to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs
- Use your expertise to discover, design, and deliver simple, beautifully crafted, intuitive experiences that customers love
- Influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness, creativity, and content quality across the squad
- Work with designers from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers

About you:
- You're an accomplished Senior Content Designer with experience shipping world-class consumer products
- You're comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity , and can successfully collaborate in this environment
- You're highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with
- Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality
- Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback
