As a Principal AI Content Designer, Wise Assistant, you will explore how to harness the potential of AI to scale your impact as a designer. You’ll quickly test and iterate on your ideas with a high degree of freedom and flexibility, learning as part of your day-to-day work as the technology evolves.
Your key responsibilities:
- Design the systems that enable Wise to deliver conversational AI experiences that help customers at the exact moment they need support.
- Collaborate with partners across engineering, data science, product, and design to set the vision and strategy, and coach teams to deliver it.
- Shape agent behaviour, define how components of the system interact, and own prompts, reasoning, and context.
- Be influential within your product area, identifying and prioritising system needs and delivering the most impactful projects across multiple teams.
- Using your expertise, you’ll raise design maturity and deepen the Support squad’s understanding of context engineering.
Requirements:
- You’re an accomplished and experienced Model Designer, or a systems-focused Content Designer who has already made this transition in your day-to-day work.
- You have an in-depth understanding of AI and strong perspectives on how its underpinning systems should be shaped.
- You’ve designed systems that generate content and experiences to guide customers, including prompts, guardrails, knowledge architecture, and agents.
- You love learning new things, nerding out on technical details, and applying what you learn to solve complex problems.
