Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Enablement to be the connective tissue between new tools, new AI capabilities, creating value from existing tools, and the marketing and communications teams who use them every day.

This role owns the full enablement lifecycle: bringing new tools online, making them easy and intuitive to use, training teams on AI capabilities as they emerge, looking for new use cases for existing tools, and continuously scanning the market for what leading organizations are doing so we never fall behind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tool onboarding & rollout: Own end-to-end onboarding for new tools and platforms, from initial rollout plan through to steady-state adoption. Build rollout playbooks, quick-start guides, and role-based learning paths.
  • User experience & adoption: Continuously evaluate how teams actually use our tools and identify friction points, confusion, or underused features. Simplify workflows and documentation.
  • AI capability training & fluency: Design and deliver training on new AI capabilities as they roll out, translating technical capabilities into practical, everyday use cases for marketers and communicators.
  • Partner capability & industry intelligence: Build and maintain close working relationships with our key technology partners to understand their product roadmaps ahead of release.
  • Continuous improvement: Measure adoption, usage, and satisfaction across tools and training programs, and report out on trends and gaps.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in enablement, learning and development, technical training, or operations at a technology or high-growth organization.
  • Direct experience rolling out tools or platforms and driving adoption across a large, distributed user base.
  • Hands-on comfort with modern AI tools such as LLMs, AI assistants, and agentic workflows.
  • Strong instincts for user experience.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A builder’s mindset, equally comfortable designing a strategy and writing the first version of a quick-start guide yourself.

What's in it For You?

  • Hybrid Work Model: Flexible hybrid working environment.
  • Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Supportive workplace policies.
  • Career Development and Growth: Culture of continuous learning and skill development.
  • Industry Competitive Benefits: Comprehensive benefit plans.
  • Culture: Globally recognized, award-winning reputation for inclusion and belonging.
  • Social Impact: Opportunities to make an impact in the community.

The base compensation range for this role is $100,100 USD - $185,900 USD.
