Description
We are looking for a Regional On Premise Manager to lead our team in Central West BC.
You will assume and live the Red Bull On Premise Culture, creating 'kindred spirits' while being a brand ambassador in front of the Musketeers and the On Premise network.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the image standard within the Musketeer team regarding Red Bull's premium values.
- Manage territory and team to drive horizontal and vertical growth by implementing the national On Premise strategy.
- Continuously search for new business opportunities and optimize route planning to secure perfect outlet coverage.
- Engage with customers in a professional Red Bull manner to build and strengthen successful business relationships.
- Develop and implement incentives and activities for key customers.
- Allocate resources to achieve the highest growth plan in the region while improving profitability.
Team Functions & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan and develop regional business plans while securing implementation and execution within the region.
- Ensure short- and long-term strategies and activities are consistent with national priorities.
- Communicate strategies to the team and demonstrate belief and conviction in plans.
- Conduct training sessions with the team towards desired outcomes.
- Coach, lead, and train Musketeers on observed job-based strengths and opportunities.
- Spend a minimum of three days per week in the field with Musketeers.
- Develop individual Musketeer targets to ensure regional KPI achievement and drive a high-performance culture.
- Continuously seek out and engage potential qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Strong On Premise industry knowledge and experience.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience with a strong history of success.
- Minimum of two years of management experience.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills in English and French.
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Valid driver's license required.

- Competitive salary: $103,700 to $105,200 per year.
