Job Description
- Adhere to the Porsche service core process (appointment scheduling, preparation, vehicle acceptance, steering repair/service in the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, post-preparation of appointments)
- Conduct direct acceptance and inform customers about work to be carried out on the vehicle
- Invoice service orders and explain invoices
- Manage external orders
- Actively sell service services, parts, and accessories
- Maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in an automotive environment
- Long-term professional experience as a service advisor
- Targeted handling of service-specific aids
- Technical product and model knowledge
- Good organisational skills as well as negotiation skills and very good communication skills
- Pronounced customer orientation, high teamwork and flexibility
- Safe handling of the DMS system 'Carlo' is an advantage
- Certification as a certified automotive service advisor is an advantage
