Description
We are seeking a Steward to join our team at the Grand Mercure Rio de Janeiro Copacabana, a hotel located in front of Copacabana beach, close to Ipanema and Leblon beaches.
Responsibilities include:
- Washing and cleaning dishes, pots, and utensils from the kitchen areas, manually or using machines;
- Performing general cleaning of the kitchen premises and facilities, including equipment, dining areas, and food circulation areas;
- Conducting deep and specific cleaning tasks as requested by superiors;
- Collecting trash, sorting, and sending it for recycling to designated locations;
- Cleaning, organizing, and storing kitchen materials and utensils.
Qualifications required:
- Specific knowledge related to the function;
- Agility, discipline, organization, and attention to detail.
