Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team remotely from France. The Solutions Engineering team enables Grafana Labs' worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers to ensure they are happy and successful.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and be fluent in Arabic.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
- Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
- Collaborate with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create other enablement materials
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic
- Located in France
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC
Compensation & Rewards:
- OTE compensation range: EUR 115,750 - EUR 138,000
