Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team. The Solutions Engineering team enables Grafana Labs' worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers to ensure they are happy and successful.
The role involves partnering with the Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, owning technical engagement with customers, delivering product and technical presentations, and driving product conversations based on customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition
- Own technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs
- Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create other enablement materials
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Technical mindset and desire to grow technically
- Located in Sweden
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC
Compensation & Rewards:
- OTE compensation range: SEK 1,119,000 - SEK 1,400,000
