Job Overview
As an L1 IT Technician at Nebius, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure within our data center in Lappeenranta, Finland. You will work hands-on with modern technologies such as the advanced H200 GPU cloud cluster.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and supporting the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to server and network hardware within the data center.
- Performing installation, upgrades, and decommissioning of IT hardware in accordance with operational requirements.
- Managing and maintaining fiber optic and patch cable connectivity.
- Handling Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in compliance with company procedures and documentation.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Maintaining and updating documentation, manuals, and procedures related to hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Requirements
We expect you to have:
- A solid understanding of server and networking equipment.
- Practical, hands-on experience with server hardware, network switches, and fiber optic cabling.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
