NS&I is seeking a Market and Competitor Intelligence Manager to join the Market Intelligence and Research team. The successful candidate will provide the business and its stakeholders with up-to-date data on the markets in which it operates.
The role involves reporting to the Head of Market Intelligence & Research and includes:
- Providing insight to stakeholders on specialist competitor and market trends to inform business decisions
- Account managing stakeholders across the business, offering a consultative service
- Keeping the business informed about the latest trends and market developments
- Delivering and managing the NS&I Corporate and Board scorecards
- Managing, developing, and coaching a direct report within the team
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate behaviours such as Changing and Improving, Communicating and Influencing, Making Effective Decisions, Managing a Quality Service, and Seeing the Big Picture.

This role is subject to Baseline Personnel Security Standard and financial credit checks. The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK and meet eligibility requirements to work within the UK Civil Service.
