Description
The S&P Global Energy Commercial and CX Graduate Program is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in Istanbul, with an intensive 5-week onboarding in London.
As an Associate, Commercial and CX Graduate, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Success Team, focusing on building foundational knowledge of commodity markets, developing business skills, and learning about S&P Global Energy data, research, and analytical products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping clients understand how to navigate and extract useful data from S&P Global Energy products
- Liaising with content, commercial, and technical teams to address client queries
- Providing training on S&P Global Energy products through virtual and onsite visits
- Conducting research on energy and commodity markets and presenting to colleagues
- Supporting sales teams with research and proposals
- Building account overviews and plans to support strategic sales teams
- Designing data-driven models and templates for clients
- Creating marketing materials for commercial culture initiatives and future graduate cohorts
- Getting involved in special project initiatives
The program consists of rotations to customer success, sales, channel management, and marketing functions, allowing you to gain a holistic perspective of the business.
Requirements:
- Ability to join a class of new hires in late February 2027
- BSc or BA degree, or equivalent
- Existing right to work in Turkey
- Fluent command of English and Russian
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong understanding and command of AI capabilities
- Familiarity with or strong interest in learning about financial and commodity markets
- Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office products
- Well-versed in Excel
- Ability to effectively multi-task and work independently
- Willingness to learn and take on a wide variety of tasks
