Description
Deutsche Bank's EMEA Corporate Access team, based in London and Frankfurt, manages Corporate Access activities across Europe. The team organises investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, field trips, investor trips and bespoke meetings that connect company management and investor relations teams with institutional investors.
Based in Frankfurt, you will play a central role in planning and delivering these activities, working closely with Research, Sales and Banking as well as Corporate Access colleagues in the US. Your contribution will support the efficient delivery of complex Corporate Access events and effective engagement with corporate and institutional clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of Corporate Access events across Europe, including investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, field trips and bespoke meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with company management and investor relations teams, supporting investor engagement, targeting, roadshow planning and travel requirements.
- Manage the smooth organisation and execution of complex Equity Corporate Access events.
- Engage with corporate and institutional clients to support successful outcomes across Corporate Access activities.
- Coordinate complex, multi-city schedules and logistical arrangements for Equity Corporate Access roadshows.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Research, Sales and Banking as well as international Corporate Access teams to support strategic alignment and successful event delivery.
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in coordinating complex, multi-city Equity Corporate Access roadshows, combined with strong project management and logistical planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at different levels.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the Corporate Access market environment and relevant regulatory landscape, supporting compliant and efficient event execution.
- Effective collaboration within diverse and international teams and contribution to a strong team environment.
- Effective use of AI tools to increase productivity, optimise processes and solve business problems.
