Description
As Senior Specialist, Global Market Planning at Wolt, you'll help refine the models and tools for planning courier supply globally. You'll ensure the right supply levers are pulled in the right markets and help learn which levers work. This role combines data, tooling, and operations, requiring comfort with designing tests, building models, and analyzing market performance.
You'll develop and refine the global supply planning model to deliver robust coverage across large and small cities, accounting for local context like holidays and special events. You'll allocate investments across markets, optimize supply lever allocation, and propose tests and actions within markets. Additionally, you'll build tools to ensure correct supply levers are used effectively, investigate problem areas, and collaborate with regional supply leads, local operations teams, and central teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, analytics, or strategic business development. Strong analytical and modeling skills are required, along with experience designing and interpreting tests or causal analyses. Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel/Google Sheets modeling is necessary, with Python, Cursor, and Claude Code being a plus.
