Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team based in Hong Kong.
You will manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries. You will understand clients' risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products, advisory services and other MMC services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries
- Understand clients' risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products, advisory services and other MMC services
- Work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutions
- Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solve problems regarding client account issues
- Coordinate Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are delivered
- Be responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables
- Implement the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts
- Coach other team members to deliver timely and focused customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in insurance, risk management or any relevant field
- IIQE or ANZIIF qualification is required
- 6+ work experience in general insurance
- Selling to education industry is a plus
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, dedicated and flexible
- Diligent and organized, good time management and efficient
- Proficient in the use of computer including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
