Chef de rang (H/F/X)

As a Chef de rang, you will be an ambassador for our Food & Beverage experience, embodying the values of excellent service and hospitality.

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working in a dynamic team environment, and evolving within a vibrant hotel setting.

Your role will involve:

• Providing expert advice on menus
• Preparing and setting up the dining area before each service
• Welcoming, seating, and accompanying guests throughout their meal
• Presenting the menu and offering recommendations on dishes and drinks
• Taking orders and ensuring smooth and attentive service
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating their needs
• Coordinating with the kitchen and team to deliver seamless service
• Participating in clearing, tidying, and resetting the dining area
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
• Contributing to a warm and dynamic atmosphere in the restaurant

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Capacity to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Fluency in French, with English language skills being a distinct advantage
