As a Sales Manager at NEXT's Handforth Dean store, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets.
The role involves:
- Supporting the store management team across all product areas and daily operations
- Managing a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial and operationally efficient environment
- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team to perform at their best
- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date communication at all times
