We are looking for a part-time customer service representative to join our team at Coolblue. As a customer service representative, you will work from home and provide excellent service to our customers via phone, email, and social media.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing product advice and answering customer questions
- Resolving customer problems and having conversations with customers in your own way
- Working flexibly and being available on certain days of the week

Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch speaking and writing skills
- Stress resistance and good communication skills
- Living within 90 minutes of Antwerpen Berchem by public transportation
- At least 1 year of experience in customer contact
- Flexibility during the week, with availability on Monday or Friday
- Standard weekend work on Saturdays
