Description
We are looking for a full-time customer service representative who is fluent in Dutch and French. As a customer service representative at Coolblue, you will work remotely and provide excellent service to our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Exceeding customer expectations
- Providing flexible support to customers from your own workspace, available every day between 08:00 and 23:59
- Offering product advice and answering customer questions via phone, email, and social media channels
- Resolving customer problems and having conversations in your own way to put a smile on every customer's face

Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and French, both written and spoken
- Stress-resistant and able to handle resistance in conversations
- Living within a 90-minute commute to Antwerpen Berchem
- At least 18 years old on your first working day
- Willingness to work according to a fixed schedule for the first 4 weeks
