Workday Consultant

What you'll do

You'll support in the planning and execution of national and international Workday projects and take responsibility for smaller streams. You'll steer the customer through all project phases from the initial request to the technical implementation.

• Workday solution implementation: You'll support in the planning and execution of national and international Workday projects and take responsibility for smaller streams.
• Process analysis: You'll analyze existing HR processes, evaluate their system compatibility, and develop suitable solutions together with the team.
• System configuration & data migration: You'll configure Workday solutions, perform data migrations, and integrate them seamlessly into existing systems.
• Customer support & knowledge building: You'll work closely with customers, build relationships, and support internal knowledge exchange and development measures.
• Business development: You'll assist in the (pre-)sales phase in creating offers and presenting solutions convincingly to customers.

What you need

To be well-prepared for your path at MHP, you'll have the following qualifications:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
• Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im HR und Workday Umfeld.
• Leidenschaft für HR-Prozesse und eine hohe Affinität für zukunftsweisende Technologien im HR Umfeld.
• Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, analytisch, kundenorientiert und geprägt von Flexibilität.
