Description
We are seeking a Claims Function to join our team in Hong Kong. You will provide day-to-day claims function under the supervision of managers.
Client Service You will provide the highest quality claims advice, handling, and guidance to Howden's clients, including:
- Providing professional advice to clients for facilitating the claims process
- Answering claims inquiries and providing high-quality service to our clients
- Handling all classes of General Insurance claims
- Liaising, communicating, and negotiating with insurers, representatives, and other service providers
- Providing claims-related information to the Account Management Team
- Supervising and maintaining claims data in the claims system
- Preparing claims reports and statistics
- Working on ad-hoc projects assigned
Administration & Training You will maintain the full and proper maintenance of all files, computer records, and any other company records and systems relevant to this job specification, in accordance with the direction of the Company.
