Senior Electrical Contracts Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Contracts Manager to lead electrical compliance services across our homes and communities in London Borough of Ealing. You will oversee contractors and provide day-to-day leadership to two Compliance Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical and building safety works, including door entry/access control systems, communal car park gates, and warden call systems.
• Provide leadership, support, and development to two Compliance Officers.
• Monitor contractor performance, budgets, compliance, and programme delivery.
• Work closely with residents and internal teams to resolve issues and improve services.
• Use data and insight to drive improvements, manage risk, and ensure value for money.
• Ensure electrical compliance obligations are met and robust records are maintained.

Requirements:

• Experience managing contracts, projects, or compliance service delivery programmes.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising staff.
• Ability to build strong relationships with contractors, residents, and stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with confidence in challenging existing ways of working.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly using Excel and managing data.

Essential Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent building services experience).
• Knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
