Assistant Service/Host

Join the Porsche team at our Würzburg centre as an Assistant Service/Host.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide a warm welcome and ensure a seamless service experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers personally and over the phone
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area
• Presenting the Porsche brand in a stylish manner
• Informing customers about current offers and services
• Supporting administrative tasks such as maintaining customer data
• Planning appointments and coordinating daily schedules
• Managing customer service vehicles
• Explaining service invoices
• Engaging in the sale of Porsche lifestyle products

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A completed commercial training programme or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• A valid driving licence (Class B)
