As an HR Growth Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to stakeholders in the SEA region, providing HR guidance and coaching to managers. You'll proactively identify people issues and trends, and work with key stakeholders to develop solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in the SEA region
- Identify people issues and trends, and implement solutions with key stakeholders
- Oversee HR processes, including performance reviews, terminations, promotions, and talent mapping
- Ensure statutory compliance with relevant country legislation, including data protection
- Develop and uphold AppsFlyer's APAC employment experience to drive employee pride, purpose, and passion
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HR Growth Partnership
- Track record of consulting with senior management on HR best practices
- Deep knowledge of India labor law, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee practices
- Cross-cultural experience working with senior management across SEA or APAC
- Strong persuasive powers, influencing through relationships, domain expertise, and data-driven insights
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel when needed
