1Password is growing rapidly, having surpassed $500M in ARR, and is recognised as a leader in the cybersecurity industry. The company offers a range of solutions to help businesses securely adopt SaaS and AI tools.
As an Account Executive Enterprise EMEA, you will own a specific geographical region or country within the EMEA market, focusing on hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the ENT sector. You will be expected to work from 1Password's London office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days per week based on business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a designated geographical region or country within EMEA
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and effective pipeline development
- Driving new business growth through strategic territory segmentation, contextual business understanding, and multithreading
- Upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts
- Engaging with industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent 1Password
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts
- Proven Enterprise AE success; experience building an immature/whitespace territory; CISO and senior security buyer relationships
- Strong new-logo hunting record; experience balancing strategic deals with volume; MEDDPICC or comparable enterprise sales methodology
- Demonstrated success in owning and growing a geographical territory or country within EMEA
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
Nice to have:
- Existing channel relationships; Middle East and Africa experience; Italian and/or Spanish language capability
