Description
Grab is seeking an Assistant Manager, Key Accounts Management to manage partnerships with GrabMall merchants and achieve best-in-class quick commerce partnership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the ECommerce industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving results through strategic collaborations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing strong business relationships with accounts through regular engagements with stakeholders
- Developing and executing account growth strategies to increase performance and market share within assigned key accounts
- Monitoring account performance against KPIs and preparing regular reports and insights for management review
- Preparing and leading business reviews, business plans, with accounts, analyzing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities
- Selling company products, services, and value propositions effectively
- Collaborating with teams from other departments to deliver excellent end-to-end merchant service delivery and respond to market trends and needs
- Resolving issues and problems of merchants and acting as a link between customers and internal teams
- Optimizing assortment, pricing, and promotional campaigns to ensure brands win in the market and fill strategic category gaps
- Identifying market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic account planning
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of sales, category and account management experience in the e-Commerce platform/fmcg digital sales/digital enabler industry
- A strategic mindset with the ability to look beyond individual accounts and understand broader category and marketplace dynamics
- Great interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation skills
- Passion and leadership qualities, with the ability to work as a team player and self-motivation
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment
