This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Grab's Omnicommerce strategy. You will play a key role in driving the growth of various O2O initiatives such as Dine Out Deals, Reservations, Loyalty Programs, and other Offline-to-Online solutions that enhance user engagement and deliver measurable impact to our merchant partners.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
- Build tailored pitch decks to unlock new merchant opportunities, especially in the F&B space.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of quality leads and more effective merchant acquisition.
- Facilitate collaborative efforts with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional calendars, schemes, and deals that drive merchant engagement and customer acquisition.
- Design and deploy sales playbooks and toolkits to empower internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging and effective campaign execution across functions.
- Equip teams to engage and convert merchants, ensuring scalability and stronger sales execution.
- Develop strategic engagement plans that go beyond deal tracking and focus on long-term merchant success.
QUALIFICATIONS: What Essential Skills You Will Need:
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B business development, sales operations, or marketing.
- Experience with the F&B business landscape.
- Ideation and crafting pitch decks.
- Communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, manage time, prioritize tasks, and drive from strategy to execution.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and highly motivated individual who can learn fast and adapt well.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Attention to detail and results-driven approach.
