Description
As an Account Management Associate at GrabMart, you will handle different aspects of account management, creating business proposals and roadmaps to grow brands on our platform. Your role involves project management with partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and the achievement of our goals. You will also promote our Grab Marketing Solution strategy.
The Associate Account Management role at GrabMart is crucial for managing relationships with partners and suppliers. Main responsibilities include maintaining partner satisfaction, analyzing performance data to improve outcomes, providing support and advice on optimizing the GrabMart platform, and coordinating with other teams like marketing and logistics to ensure partners receive necessary assistance. You will report to GrabMart Commercial Manager and work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing GrabMart accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Develop strategic account plans and processes to manage enterprise/corporate accounts efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with company partners to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new business and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Experience researching and generating leads, with logical thinking and a good sense of numbers to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience creating detailed action plans tailored to customers' pain points and comfortable with operational tasks.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, proficient in creating and delivering compelling presentations.
- Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect, with the ability to establish communication and engagement with prospects in both Vietnamese and English.
