We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Soho House Amsterdam, part of a global creative community and recently awarded a Michelin Key.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience,creating exceptional moments through great drinks, genuine hospitality, and effortless service. From crafting cocktails to maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere, you’ll play a key role in making every visit memorable. Responsibilities:
- Serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (and food when required)
- Prepare and maintain the bar to Soho House standards
- Mix cocktails with confidence and consistency
- Deliver warm, engaging service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender
- A positive team player with strong communication skills
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends & public holidays)
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Good English required (additional languages are a plus)

- Compensation: above statutory minimum, from 2511€ to 2718€, based on experience
