Description
We are seeking a Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Mercure Lourdes in Belo Horizonte.
As a Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing room availability and rates, selling rooms, and handling individual and group bookings to maximise hotel occupancy and meet brand standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Control room availability and rates according to established standards
- Constantly monitor hotel availability to ensure occupancy within company norms
- Sell rooms (individual and group), providing general information to clients about hotel facilities and services, and negotiating rates based on predetermined parameters
- Analyse and suggest changes to the tariff grid according to period potential, optimising unit performance
- Follow RM procedures and standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum: studying Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Additional requirements:
- Hotel management software
- Internal reception and reservations procedures
- Knowledge of RM
