Description
We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front of house team at Richmond Village Wood Norton. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences within a warm, community-focused environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and optimising staff rotas, ensuring effective cover while working within agreed budgets
- Leading, recruiting, and developing a high-performing front of house team, maintaining Richmond Villages' high standards
- Overseeing all daily restaurant operations, delivering an exceptional experience across dining, bar, and room service
- Planning and delivering events and functions, maximising the use of village spaces to drive engagement and revenue
- Building relationships with local businesses and organisations to increase external bookings and revenue opportunities
- Working collaboratively with marketing to promote events, functions, and dining experiences
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider teams to ensure seamless service and a consistent guest and resident experience
- Managing dietary, allergen, and alternative meal requirements safely and effectively
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading or supervising a team in a hospitality or catering environment. You should be self-motivated, a great communicator, organised, and flexible with a professional attitude. You will be able to develop relationships with residents, using a person-centred approach.
