What You Bring:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Producer or Media Project Manager
- Skilled at managing multiple workflows and communicating with teams
- Proficient at scheduling, guiding, and giving feedback to voice talents, studios, and editors
- Familiarity with AI voiceover platforms and synthetic voice production
- Ability to negotiate rates and deadlines with contract talents
- Proactive approach to recommending process improvements
- Understanding of audio and video content lifecycles
