Description
We are seeking an IT specialist to join our team in Istanbul. As an IT specialist, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, access rights, and roles in 1C and SAP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and roles in 1C and SAP systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to assess, analyze, and formalize their requirements for software, modules, and IT infrastructure
- Configure, maintain, and service hardware and operating systems, focusing on macOS/MacBook and corporate software
- Provide daily communication and collaboration with IT and operational teams in Ukraine
- Offer L1/L2 technical support for office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, router configuration, and internet connection troubleshooting
- Document IT processes, workflows, and maintenance requests in Jira and Confluence
- Ensure technical maintenance, repair, and operability of all IT equipment, office network/server infrastructure, and IT software
- Monitor IT equipment inventory, account for stock, and organize preparation and setup of equipment for employees
- Flexibly distribute work time between local operational tasks in Turkey (~50%) and global IT tasks/projects (~50%)
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or helpdesk positions
- Practical experience with 1C ERP (desirable) and SAP (mandatory) user administration
- High-level proficiency in configuring macOS hardware and software
- Good knowledge of basic network concepts (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WLAN troubleshooting)
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation
- Fluent English language skills (oral and written) for daily communication with Ukraine-based teams and global stakeholders
- Excellent interdepartmental communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
