We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Technical / Quality team at Morrisons Manufacturing in Thrapston. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's legal compliance from a food safety perspective. The team works in a fast-paced environment, and the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
The Quality Assurance Analyst will report to the Shift Technical Manager and will be responsible for:
- Monitoring, controlling, and auditing the production process
- Ensuring conformity and non-conformity are communicated, followed up, and closed off
- Investigating food safety incidents using root cause analysis
- Supporting the site management team during external accreditation
- Ensuring the site production is supported during the launch of new product lines

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A keen eye for detail
- Confidence to challenge with a proactive and 'can do' attitude
- Team player and effective communicator
- Good PC skills, especially Google
- Food experience in a technical or similar type role
- A HACCP qualification or a food safety qualification (ideally)
