As a leading smart home technology provider, Vivint offers various solutions to customers throughout the United States and Canada. In this phone sales position, you will make outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate new security/home automation systems accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Determine customer requirements and needs to recommend specific products and solutions
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes
- Attend team meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and goals
- Follow company and departmental policies regarding conduct and employee performance
Requirements:
- Highly energetic, persuasive, honest, empathetic, and self-motivated
- Able to repetitively overcome objections from potential customers
- Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative problem-solving skills
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior sales experience (preferred, not required)
