Description
We're looking for a highly motivated sales talent to join our team in the Rotterdam/Den Bosch region as a Junior Rayonmanager (Sales Activator).
As a Sales Activator, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships within Retail, Petrol, and Cash & Carry channels. Your goal will be to ensure that our products shine on store shelves and exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with supermarket and petrol station managers
- Develop creative proposals to increase sales and distribution
- Conduct daily visits to customers, targeting 8 visits per day
- Collaborate with the Striker in your region to plan and coordinate visits
- Maintain accurate records and administer relevant data in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Completed HBO or WO education (or equivalent experience)
- Living in the Rotterdam or Den Bosch region
- Sales affinity and drive to learn more about the Retail & Petrol industry
- Proactive and flexible with excellent planning and organisational skills
- Valid driver's license B
- Fluent in Dutch and English
