Description
As a Regional Vice President of Sales at Entrata, you will identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients. You will contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, emphasizing product features to showcase how they address customer challenges. You will also answer customer inquiries, negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain contact lists.
To excel in this role, you should possess experience in the multifamily housing industry, 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales, a bachelor's degree, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to close deals. You should also have an understanding of how to cultivate client relationships, demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
The following skills and experiences would be advantageous: experience selling CRM software, knowledge of property management software, experience working with a remote team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, existing relationships within the property management industry, familiarity with the latest trends in property management technology, and multilingual proficiency.
