We are seeking a Business Analyst WMS to directly impact the efficiency of warehouse logistics in our international technology company with in-house production.
Job Description: As a Business Analyst WMS, you will be responsible for transforming real-world warehouse processes into a modern WMS, making workers' jobs faster, simpler, and less prone to errors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field audits and study warehouse realities (Gemba Walks)
- Identify areas of frustration, bottlenecks, and unnecessary movements
- Describe current process architecture (As-Is) and identify system gaps
- Design target process models (To-Be) and redesign WMS logic
- Formulate functional requirements (BRD/FRD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria for WMS development
- Simplify work with mobile scanners (Zebra UX/UI Redesign)
- Create a bridge between the warehouse and development teams
- Prioritize backlog items with the Logistics Director
- Test, implement, and manage changes
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Process Lead in warehouse logistics automation projects
- In-depth understanding of modern WMS systems and strategies
- Experience with mobile scanners and interface design
- Analytical skills, including BPMN 2.0 and SQL
- Language skills: Ukrainian (fluent) and English (B2+)
- Soft skills: hands-on approach, empathy for end-users, and perfectionism
