Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Project Manager to join our team in Kyiv.
As a Warehouse Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and controlling warehouse activities;
- Training personnel and monitoring compliance with agreed-upon processes;
- Controlling inventory accounting, conducting inventory, and monitoring the movement of goods;
- Monitoring loading and unloading operations according to internal quality and safety standards;
- Collaborating with development, production, quality, planning, logistics, and supplier departments to ensure timely material and component supply;
- Tracking KPI indicators at the warehouse;
- Identifying deviations, informing about them in a timely manner, and escalating possible consequences if issues are not resolved.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Experience working with 1C, WMS, SAP;
- Conversational English skills;
- Knowledge of production processes and the ability to work in a production line environment;
- Management skills;
- Understanding of warehouse accounting, including inventory accounting and documentation;
- Ability to use computer programs and warehouse management systems;
- High organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues, subordinates, and external parties;
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- High level of responsibility and adherence to safety and quality requirements.
