Description
As the leader of Partner Services Delivery and Success within Partnerships at Anthropic, you will lead the global field delivery, partner success and partner health teams that make Claude deployments succeed at our customers when our partners build and run them.
This is a senior leadership role on the Partnerships leadership team, reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships.
You will own:
- Deployment strategy and approaches
- Field delivery
- Delivery assurance
- Partner success
- Partner health and escalation
- Working with the account team
- The relationships
- The bench
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 15+ years in technical delivery, professional services or solutions leadership, including several years leading leaders
- Have built a delivery organisation rather than inherited one, and have executed through a period when its volume changed by an order of magnitude
- Have been accountable for whether large enterprise deployments reached production and were used
- Have run delivery through other people's engineers and still held the quality bar
- Have worked with or inside global systems integrators and advisory firms
- Understand how to contribute to running a GTM organisation anchored on a consumption business model
- Have deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases and agent architectures
- Have strong executive presence and build deep, durable relationships with technical and business leaders
The annual compensation range for this role is $540,000-$585,000 USD.
