Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain to lead the execution of store and distribution center projects. You will manage the scope, schedule, and budget for all Target construction projects, ensuring adherence to the project timeline and coordinating onsite construction processes.
As a Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain, you will:
- Develop and manage scopes, budgets, and schedules for assigned projects or programs
- Direct, supervise, and control construction, fixture installation, and architecture and engineering design milestones
- Review and analyze contractor bids, make recommendations, and approve subcontractor bids
- Conduct contract negotiations, review and approve changes to the contract, and close out contracts
- Monitor project milestones, ensure successful project execution, and maintain Target's quality standards
Requirements:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in project management, store planning, or purchasing
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects with a focus on estimating, budgeting, and scheduling management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in public speaking and presenting, and strong organizational skills
- Highly self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work and productivity

This is a hybrid/flexible work arrangement role, requiring work to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location and virtually.
