Description
We are seeking a Manager, Global Supply Chain/Logistics to lead our Supply Chain Management/Logistics and Site Technical Support Teams. The successful candidate will ensure reliable global logistics operations, effective technical support for cardiac equipment, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing team operations and staff activities across Supply Chain Management/Logistics and Site Technical Support
- Coordinating the efficient delivery of shipments to clinical sites
- Monitoring shipment alerts and notifications, and coordinating remedial action when issues arise
- Establishing and maintaining effective courier support
- Overseeing inbound and outbound shipment tracking
- Preparing detailed customs and pro forma invoices
- Maintaining performance metrics and making recommendations to senior management
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Providing technical support related to cardiac equipment
- Representing the department during sponsor audits and visits

Salary Range: $100,472.00 - 125,590.00
