Description
We are seeking a Sales Director, Commercial to join our team at Braze. You will be responsible for managing a small team of Account Executives and outbound prospectors, and will have a strong track record of selling SaaS products to SMB and Scale level clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a regional team of SMB and Scale sales executives
- Coach and lead both an outbound prospecting team and SMB and Scale sales teams
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations
- Identify decision makers and decision-making processes for large SaaS investments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience within Sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
- At least 2 years of experience managing a regional team of SMB and Scale sales executives
- Experience selling a marketing automation, CRM, email, or analytics solution is highly preferred
- Outstanding verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills
