Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing software systems for our Formula One cars.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test software systems for our Formula One cars
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate software and hardware systems
- Develop and maintain software tools and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with C++, Python, and/or other programming languages
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Experience with real-time operating systems
- Knowledge of automotive software development
- Familiarity with Williams F1 Team's technology stack
