Description
Eurostar Group, through its subsidiaries Eurostar International Limited and THI Factory, operates multiple fleets of high-speed trains in various countries. Maintaining a high level of reliability, availability, and regulatory compliance is crucial, especially with constantly evolving standards and increasing performance objectives.
Eurostar is seeking a Project Officer to support the implementation and continuous improvement of COSMOS, its new Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The successful candidate will work closely with the Fleet Performance & Digital Project Manager to coordinate stakeholders, gather business requirements, and support project delivery across Fleet Management, Engineering, Production, Operations, and IS teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate stakeholders and support COSMOS implementation and development
- Gather business requirements and contribute to testing and deployment
- Monitor project milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions using COSMOS data
- Ensure data quality and support the transition to COSMOS-based reporting
- Contribute to the development and integration of digital tools and applications
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimise maintenance processes
- Support change management and encourage user adoption
- Improve integration between COSMOS, business applications, and operational processes
Through these activities, you will contribute to the digital transformation of Fleet Management and help improve the efficiency, reliability, and performance of Eurostar's rolling stock.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school
- Initial experience in project management
- Fluent in French (both spoken and written) and good command of English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure project progress and successful delivery
