Senior Engineer - Identity Governance and Access Management

NVIDIA's Enterprise Security team is seeking a Senior Engineer to maintain and advance its Identity Governance and Access Management platforms. This high-impact role combines technical ownership with shaping the company's identity infrastructure security. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identity security and able to make a measurable difference at scale.

The Senior Engineer will develop the strategy, planning, and management of NVIDIA's enterprise-wide Zero Trust architecture. Responsibilities include:

• Implementing identity security capabilities such as single sign-on (SSO), conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access
• Administering and evolving the SailPoint IdentityNow environment, including governance workflows, access certifications, role management, and integrations with enterprise applications
• Managing vendor relationships to resolve issues and deliver new platform features
• Championing development standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Applying AI tooling to improve infrastructure visibility and stability

The successful candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience handling Active Directory and Entra ID environments
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols, including LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth
• Experience with MFA and SSO technologies
• Expertise across the full identity lifecycle, including user lifecycle management, access certifications, and workflow automation
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and practical experience using AI tools
• Hands-on experience with an Identity Governance platform, preferably SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
