As a key member of the Marketing Operations and Global Demand Engine teams, you will play a hands-on, critical role in Marketing Operations execution, Marketing Operations innovation, and program management of key projects and processes that are vital to Elastic’s ability to deliver on our promise of Free and Open.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily marketing automation activities within our Marketing Automation platform, Marketo. Monitor and escalate as appropriate results from the Early Warning System
- Handle and ensure data quality in our systems
- Project management support across the Marketing Operations and Automation function
- Track and communicate project status and keep direct and indirect stakeholders adequately informed and engaged
- Assist in the distribution of internal communication vehicles, including updating and maintaining projects in Workfront
Requirements
- Proven marketing automation experience (2+ yrs)
- Exemplary time management
- Proficient attention to detail
- Experience with Marketo or similar automation tool and Salesforce
- Proficient in Google suite of products
- Comfortable with learning new tools and willingness to develop new skills
- Writes appropriately using various styles to address different needs and audiences
- Enthusiastic team player with the ability to develop and maintain solid rapport with key stakeholders
- Familiar with basic marketing concepts (campaigns, leads)
- Experience working with remote and global teams and in a matrix organization
